This proposed Neighbourhood Shopping Centre would have been built on a greenfield site in the capitol of the Orange Free State Province. The centre formed part of a new small business district and several housing developments in the expanding urban fringes of the city. The property was sold to a third party and all project professionals’ involvement was unfortunately terminated.

Boogertman + Partners would have been the appointed architects. Christelle was responsible for the design development of this project during 2015-2016.
