The Greenery Shopping Centre in Polokwane, is a new Neighbourhood Shopping Centre, was completed in October 2023, on the old municipal nursery site, which inspired the development’s name and design. The new centre is conveniently situated on the corners of Grobler, Oost, Thabo Mbeki and Brown Streets, Polokwane, and at approx. 11 000 sqm in size it offers the residents of Polokwane a wide range of tenants in an upmarket setting.

Christelle was appointed by JLDesign, the development’s architects of record, to executive the services of project architect and principal agent. Although not directly appointed by the developers, this was the first full scale project on CDVA’s roster. Christelle’s responsibilities included contract documentation and administration, and ultimately also concept design, design development, and local authority approval.
